Asset Condition Reporting System

The Asset Condition Reporting System (ACRS) is the process of inspecting and cataloguing community assets such as buildings, roads, bridges, and water and sewage treatment systems, in order to provide a record of the current condition and recommendations for repairs, for addressing code non-compliance, and maintenance tasks. ¬†The report that is produced contains descriptions, photos, and drawings (if applicable) of the assets, a list of asset “needs”, and overall community plans which indicate the location of the asset in the community.
